• All bookings must be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or email 
• Clients must provide accurate details of goods, including weight, type, and value 
• The company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information 

• Advance payment may be required depending on the nature of the booking 
• Remaining payment must be cleared as per agreed terms 
• Late payments may attract additional charges 

• Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on road, weather, and transport conditions 
• The company is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, strikes, or natural events 
• Express or urgent delivery services may be available at additional cost 

• We ensure proper handling of goods during transit 
• Proper packaging is the responsibility of the client 
• For high-value goods, insurance is strongly recommended 
• In the absence of insurance, the company’s liability is limited 

           We do not transport the following items:

• Illegal or restricted goods 
• Hazardous materials without proper documentation 
• Explosives or dangerous substances 
• Any items prohibited by government regulations 

• Cancellation charges may apply once a booking is confirmed 
• Last-minute cancellations may result in full charges 

• Vehicles from 5 MT to 35 MT capacity are available 
• Load securing (packing, binding, covering) is the client’s responsibility 
• Overloading is strictly prohibited 

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery details 
• Ensure proper packaging of goods 
• Provide all required legal documents (invoice, e-way bill, etc.) 
• Make timely payments 

• Insurance is optional but highly recommended for valuable goods 
• If goods are not insured, the risk remains with the client 

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat 
• The company reserves the right to resolve disputes as per its policies
